Who We Are
At Turnstone Psychology, each of our psychologists has a Ph.D. in either Clinical or Counselling Psychology. We provide assessment and therapeutic services to individuals across the lifespan, covering neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders. We’re proud to provide these services at home, in Cape Breton, while fulfilling our dreams of raising our families here.

Did You Know?
Did you know that a turnstone is a shorebird found in coastal areas including Cape Breton’s many beaches? Impressively, a turnstone uses its strong beak to overturn rocks to uncover food. We chose this name for our practice to honour our coastal roots, while recognizing that our clients are coming to us to discover new ways of thinking and being.
